Ronan qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1998 with Price Waterhouse. Subsequently he worked with Andersons and Ernst & Young in the UK, US and Europe.

Also a Registered Auditor in the UK and Ireland who has provided advice to a broad range of clients from sole traders, limited companies, SMEs as well as publicly listed companies. He has a wide range of experience in many sectors of the economy including retail, manufacturing, e-commerce, energy and financial services.

He is a licensed UK Insolvency Practitioner and Irish Personal Insolvency Practitioner with extensive personal and corporate experience.

Michael is a qualified Chartered Accountant with a degree in Computer Science. Predominately, he is responsible for business operations and has a vast amount of experience in utilising technology to improve business performance through efficiency. He is also a certified Xero advisor.

Michael has led project turnarounds to modernise sole traders, small and large firms to ensure they are ready for the digital age. He understands that each company has its budgetary constraints and develops solutions that can vastly improve profitability but more importantly are affordable.

If it is cloud accounting, slight changes to how company invoices are raised or complete digital transformations Michael can assist with it all.

Steven is a qualified Chartered Accountant, a fellow member of Chartered Accountants Ireland and a Xero Certified advisor. Steven began his accountancy career with McCambridge Duffy in 2014 before qualifying in 2020.

Steven oversees all client affairs and ensures that deadlines are met from a compliance and tax perspective.

Steven is also a Certified Customs & Trade Advisor that can advise on matters specifically relating to trade between Northern Ireland & GB and Ireland / EU post-Brexit.

Judy is a Fellow of Chartered Certified Accountants and qualified Insolvency Practitioner, with over 25 years of experience in both General Practice and Restructuring. She has a wealth of experience in Company Formations, Structures, Tax, Audit, Accounts Preparation and Business Consultancy.

Judy has been Practice Manager for a Top 4 Accountancy Practice in the Republic of Ireland followed by Financial Controller for a large SME in Northern Ireland employing over 140 staff with significant turnover across multiple jurisdictions. These roles give her first and experience of both the practice advice side but also the pressure of running a successful business.

Daragh Duffy is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Insolvency Practitioner (UK & ROI) who trained with a 'Big 4' firm in London and the Isle of Man. Daragh has a broad range of experience advising sole traders, limited companies, SMEs as well as publicly listed companies.

Daragh is Senior Partner and Financial Controller at Toast with extensive experience.

Niall is a qualified Chartered Certified Accountant achieving a Top 5 result in the UK rating on his tax exams.  He has significant experience advising clients and companies as well as dealing with other external stakeholders.

Niall’s responsibilities at TOAST include accounts preparation, corporation tax and self-assessment tax returns, and ensuring client tax and compliance deadlines are met. He is also involved in day-to-day client operations including VAT returns, payroll and bookkeeping.

Daniel graduated from Ulster University achieving a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. Daniel has been a member of the Toast team since September 2021 and is now a Trainee Accountant with Chartered Accountants Ireland (CAI).

Daniel is involved in preparing Self-Assessment Tax Returns for individuals, preparing company accounts, preparing VAT returns and ensuring clients are aware of important deadlines. Daniel is also involved in overseeing bookkeeping and reviewing clients' monthly reports.

As a Xero Certified Advisor, Daniel also assists clients with their transition from their previous accounting systems to Xero Cloud Accounting Software.

Jake is a qualified accounts assistant and is a Xero Certified Advisor. He has 5 years practice experience in accounts preparation, corporation tax and self-assessment tax returns. As a Xero Certified Advisor, Jake assists clients with the transition from their previous accounting systems to Xero Cloud Accounting Software.

Jake is also involved in the day to day client operations, ranging from bookkeeping to setting up invoicing and payment services for our clients.

Hannah is a Xero Certified Advisor who recently graduated with a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Finance and Investment Management from Ulster University.

Within our Toast, Hannah plays a pivotal role in overseeing various aspects of client operations on a daily basis. Her responsibilities encompass a wide range of tasks, including proficient bookkeeping, establishing comprehensive invoicing and payment systems for our clients, as well as handling payroll processing.

In addition to these duties, Hannah ensures a seamless onboarding process for new clients, facilitating a smooth transition from their previous accounting systems to the advanced Xero Cloud Accounting Software. Furthermore, she prepares Self-Assessment Returns for individuals, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Kitty Harvey is a qualified Accounts Technician and a Trainee Chartered Accountant with Chartered Accountants Ireland. She previously worked for HMRC for 20 years gaining experience in Self-Assessment, PAYE and also spent 8 years as a HMRC VAT Assurance Officer advising sole traders, limited companies and SMEs.

Kitty is Xero Certified, and at TOAST she assists clients with the transition from their previous accounting systems to Xero Cloud Accounting Software.  Kitty is also involved in the day-to-day client operations, ranging from bookkeeping to setting up invoicing and payment services.

Dara is a Trainee Accountant with Charted Accountants Ireland. She is a recent graduate from Ulster University achieving a Bachelor of Science in Accounting with Taxation.

Her role within Toast is to keep up to date with bookkeeping tasks using the Xero software system, assist with payroll services and with the filings of tax returns, VAT returns and company accounts.

In addition to these duties, Dara is carrying out training calls with the Toast clients on how to use Xero and Dext software.

Amy is a recent graduate of Ulster University having studied a BSc (Hons) in Accounting with Taxation and is now a Trainee Accountant with Chartered Accountants Ireland.

Amy’s role within Toast is to undertake monthly bookkeeping on the Xero software system, assist with weekly and monthly payroll processing and to prepare the filings of VAT returns and company accounts.

Amy is also carrying out training calls on how to use the Xero and Dext software with clients as a Xero Certified Advisor.
